Thank you for choosing Nanobana. This Refund Policy explains when purchases may be refunded, how to request a review, and how subscription cancellations and credit usage are handled. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Failed Generations and Credit Returns

If a generation task fails because of a platform or upstream processing error, Nanobana may automatically return the related credits to your account when the failure is detected. If you believe credits were deducted for a failed task and were not returned, contact support with the task ID or order information.

Credit returns for failed generation tasks are account credits, not cash refunds, unless a cash refund is required by law or approved after review.

Credits are not returned when a task fails, is blocked, or is removed because the prompt, upload, reference image, or requested edit violates our Terms of Service, NSFW policy, provider policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Unless your request qualifies for a refund under this policy or applicable law, cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid. You may retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, subject to plan terms and account standing.

5. Partial Refunds

When a partial refund is approved, the amount may be calculated based on unused subscription time, unused credits, delivered benefits, processor fees, taxes, discounts, and other consumed value. We may revoke refunded credits or plan access after a refund is issued.

7. Review and Processing Time

We usually review refund requests within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method when possible. Card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear after processing, and PayPal or wallet refunds may appear sooner depending on the provider.

Processing times may vary by bank, payment network, region, and fraud or compliance review.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, your account access, credits, and pending generations may be paused while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact us first whenever possible so we can investigate quickly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of Nanobana after an update means you accept the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
