Choose image or video generation, write a clear prompt, add reference files when useful, select a model or aspect ratio, and click generate. For larger projects, open Studio to organize references, prompts, outputs, and decisions on one canvas.

Start with the default Nanobana image generator when you want a quick draft. Use specialized tools for specific jobs such as ID photos, background cleanup, multi-angle views, or interior concepts. Pick video models when motion, camera movement, or cinematic output matters.

Yes. Upload clear references, keep names and visual details consistent in your prompt, and iterate in Studio so previous outputs stay visible. Consistency still depends on the model, reference quality, and how specific your instructions are.

Nanobana uses credits for generation tasks. The credit cost can vary by model, output type, duration, quality, and number of results. You can choose monthly, annual, or one-time credit packs from the pricing section.

After signing in, open User Center, go to My Orders, find the active subscription order, and use the cancel subscription action there. Cancellation stops future renewals while current access follows the order and billing terms.

If a task fails, retry with a clearer prompt or a smaller upload first. If credits were deducted incorrectly or the same task keeps failing, contact support@nanobana.net with your account email, order number, task time, and a short description.

Signed-in users can find recent images, videos, and project assets from their generation history, My Images, My Videos, or Studio projects. Use the download action on the result you want to keep.

Commercial use depends on your plan, the content policy, and the rights in any uploaded references, brand assets, people, or third-party material. For business use, keep records of prompts, source files, and final edits.

Uploaded files are used to process your generation, display results, and support your project workflow. Avoid uploading sensitive personal or confidential material unless you have the right to use it, and review the privacy policy for data handling details.

AI generation is probabilistic, so outputs can vary. Better results usually come from concrete subjects, composition, style, lighting, aspect ratio, and negative constraints. In Studio, compare attempts and reuse the strongest prompt structure.
